You will never change Ranger's fans mindset. It's bred into them from the day they can walk and talk unfortunately. We see the hatred every summer with their bitter Orange Walks dividing the city, King Billy and 1692 and all that shite.

They call Catholics fenians and papes, and they love to boast about walking the walls of Derry.

And you wonder why they hate Celtic and its Catholic and Irish ethos.

There'll be a couple of smacked wrists and we will just continue on as per usual.

I honestly don't think the yanks understand the orcs lyrics and no one on the board is about to enlighten them anytime soon.

Whoever graffitied the 66 needs help and probably their collar felt, but im still to hear any criticism about the orcs' Jock Stein banner on show during the recent league meeting.

Why are there plenty of newspaper hacks who rarely if ever bring up the racism from the orcs but go unchallenged when Celtic fans are in the mix?

TBH the racist singing from the orcs really is becoming boring, and it is NOT any kind of minority, it's a sizeable majority. So even those "few decent" sevco fans should be contacting the club too, will it happen? Not a fckn chance!!!!

We can all agree on the graffiti being disgusting and that no one should mock or seek to mock the deaths of 66 football fans no matter who they supported.

However, it is clear to everyone that Rangers fans have two rules when it comes to decency. When it comes to their own victims they demand action against those mocking or vandalising, but they are happy to weaponise the suffering of child abuse victims to 'get one over' on Celtic all because Celtic have dominated the game in Scotland this century.

When it comes to sectarianism and racism - just like their violent tendencies when they lose - it is in their DNA. They are bred to be like that. Their family train them, they hang around and make friends just like them, then try to blame the schools and everyone else. The one thing I would give David Murray credit for is his attempt at trying to rid Rangers of sectarianism and racism - sadly when you have Graeme Souness telling his players in the changing rooms to get in and enjoy yourselves while singing sectarian songs - and then campaign after campaign falling flat on its face - there comes a time when you simply have to give up.

Even the media turn a blind eye or ear to it because they know there is nothing anyone can do about these bigoted scumbags. They jump on an incident, roll out a campaign to generate content for themselves, then weeks late the campaign disappears and then go back to celebrating the atmosphere at the games - while Rangers fans sing about child abuse, jock stein, up to their knees in fenian blood, and the famine.

Rangers FC will never accept full responsibility for their own fan's diabolical behaviour, because they have a false and inflated sense of superiority, which trickles down to their fans.

I note Graham Speirs in the Daily Herald is calling them out.

I agree with everything you say except for the part about their sectarianism.

It isn't sectarianism, it is racism, and as such it is both against EUFA

rules and the law of the land.

The fact that this weekly illegality is ignored in this country brings shame on it.

This needs to be called out publicly every time it happens.

Let's face it, if the victims were black or Asian, there would be no need to have this discussion.
