It's not uncommon for players to come to Celtic with a view to giving themselves a platform to move to a more lucrative league. I don't blame them. But when you continue to prevent such players from making the move you make Celtic an increasingly less attractive proposition. There has to be a process in place to make these transitions smooth. We seem too reactive and plan for nothing, other than financial ruin.
